Brokers believe that yes, moreover, they sincerely hope for such an opportunity. On October 10, a meeting of the Council of the Association of European Brokers was held in Limassol. First of all, the tasks of the Council itself, its functions and responsibilities were specified. And in particular, the issue of interaction with regulators was raised. A code of conduct and interaction has been developed, on the basis of which productive interaction is expected to be built.
The document specified that in order to trade binary options, a broker must comply with a certain set of rules, exclude fraud and abuse of customer trust, and develop some kind of regulatory legislation common to all countries.
So far, the Council gives the go-ahead to work exclusively to licensed brokers, and calls on all organizations providing binary options trading services to log in accordingly and obtain all permits to carry out this activity.
