New Zealand’s financial regulator continues to remove financial services firms

The New Zealand Register of Financial Service Providers recently published a notice of termination on its website, with the full names of the companies and entrepreneurs who provided financial services. Data Provided for December 2015 and January 2016.

The New Zealand administration continues to remove all entities and all persons from the register of financial service providers, in accordance with section 18 (1) of the 2008 Act, which states that:

A financial service provider may be removed from the register if it is proved that the provider does not have the proper qualifications under Section 13, or has not provided data on its name, legal address, registration number to the Register; or does not work in the field of financial services; or registered by mistake; or did not pay the membership fee, or registration fee.
